All Rebuilt equipment has all combustion chamber parts and gaskets replaced. Units are fully tested and they work same as a new heater. Some may actually be a new heater with a scratch or dent from shipping! We even give you the same one year warranty as a new heater. Items labeled as "Used" are just that, they may not have needed to be rebuilt and are sold as-is.  Used & rebuilt items usually are sold out before the first frost. Shipping and handling is additional on used equipment. Most items are not boxed and will need to be picked up at our warehouse.
